Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Geology with a focus on volcanoes and has extensive knowledge of the eastern Sierra Nevada and Mineral King, CA. Her passion for the outdoors, geology, and photography began at the age of 9 when she visited the Crowley Cabin in Mineral King. Michelle's love for exploring our planet was further fueled by geology trips to New Zealand, Australia, and the Eastern Sierra. This beautiful Earth inspires her to capture its beauty through her lens.
Accompanied by her dog Bart, who shares her love for nature, Michelle often features him in her photos. She is also an avid rock climber.
